Deposits

Deposits are collected threw out the year this year we have started collecting for all of our 2020 litters. we are expecting yellows, chocolates, maybe a few surprises along the way.

M & D 's Country Kennel will collect a $300 deposit to ensure a puppy for you.

The order of deposits collected will determine in which order the puppies will be selected. Puppies will be selected at the age of 6 weeks or after the pups have been vet checked, and had their first shots.

Once a week pictures will be sent to you so you may see the puppies grow.

What happens when there is not enough puppies for all of the deposits collected?

if there is either no pregnancy, a miscarriage or not enough puppies for everyone that has put down a deposit, your name will be put onto the next available litter list.

The $300 deposit is Non refundable.

If after, you decide you do not want to get a puppy from us. or you are unhappy with the selection available, you may choose to go onto the next litter list. or you may choose to withdraw from the list completely.

your deposit will not be refunded at any time.

Returns and First right of Refusal:

At M&D Country Kennel we retain the right to have the puppy/Dog returned to us at your expense if you cannot keep if for what ever reason.

If for some reason your puppy needs to be returned, you MUST have the pup fully vetted and show prof from your Veterinarian at your expense. The money you paid for the pup will not be returned.

Within reason

If you have a family member that is willing to take the Puppy/dog, you may da so but you must tell me the name of the family member the dog is now living with. you may not resell the dog or give it away for free to a stranger.

However if you encounter any problems I will certainly give you any assistance I can.

Finding good family homes for our pups is very important to us. We would love to stay in touch with all our puppies families. I love to get pictures and hear all about the adventures your pup has. By keeping in touch with my puppy families i can keep tabs on any health concerns that may come up in the dogs lines.

Please remember the Labrador is a large breed water dog. They need to be exercised appropriately. Education, training, socialization and supervision is key to a happy healthy dog.

Life is just not the same with out puppy kisses, cold noses and late night snuggles.
